Happening again in Timaru for the first time since 2019!

Relay For Life is an event where people come together in teams to raise money for local people and their families going through cancer. It is a time to CELEBRATE by having any survivors walk the very first lap of the event, REMEMBER those we have lost to this awful disease and FIGHT BACK by raising vital funds and also having a smokefree/vape free and alcohol free event.

The Cancer Society provides free services to people with any kind of cancer and their whānau, such as free accommodation and free transport to help people across our South Canterbury region access cancer care. We also provide advice and information and fund research and cancer awareness programmes such as our SunSmart and healthy living education programmes.
