NZQA external exams are beginning on Monday 6 November 2023 and will finish on Thursday 30 November 2023

Students have attended an exam information session where student admission slips were handed out. NZQA made an error with printing the exam times out of order, however they have sent rectified slips for all students – if students would like a correctly ordered admission slip please come to the College office to get these.

The 2023 NZQA exam timetable can be found here. Exam sessions run from 9:30am-12:30pm (morning) and 2pm-5pm (afternoon). Please be mindful when coming into the College that the exams will be taking place in the College hall and noise level needs to be minimal.

If for some reason a student is unable to attend their scheduled exam the College office must be notified as soon as possible. If it is a medical absence a medical certificate will be required. Mrs Rooney will then be in contact to discuss the next step for the student.

All students completing Level 1, 2 and 3 English and History need to make sure they have a laptop available for their exam and they know their NZQA login username and password.

Subject specific tutorials are available prior to the exam during College hours. Please communicate with the appropriate teachers for times and venues of these. Full summer uniform must be worn at all times when coming into the College.

Results from all NZQA external assessments and exams will be released from late January 2024. Students can see these from their student login on the NZQA website. Digital responses and scanned answer booklets will also be found through the student login.
