50 year Reunion planned

FORMERLY SAINT PATRICK'S BASKETBALL CLUB

EST. 1968

The Club started in 1968 as a school team at

St Patrick's High School, now part of Roncalli College.

It later included Old Boys and then All-Comers and then it established Female teams.

At one point there were 7 teams, 4 of which were female.

Many championships have been won and many members went on to achieve South Canterbury representative status.

Many good times were had.

Over the last 50 years several hundred people have played for "SAINTS".

A reunion to celebrate our 50 year existence is planned for July or August ( our last one was 25 years ago).

Good membership records were kept between 1982 and 2009 but of course time passes and most of those contact details are obsolete-but the names are still there.
