Timaru's new street art!
Roncalli students Cameron Henderson and Ashleigh Parlane had the opportunity to complete a workshop with artist Flox at the Aigantighe art gallery
On 24 September Cameron and I were selected to go to Flox’s workshop. There were around 20 other students all in pairs from different schools.
We got to cut out big flowers with the scalpels after having Flox give advice on the best way to use them, we then got to spray paint them with the leftover spray paint from Flox’s recent mural in timaru. Flox was easy to talk to and had a great personality, we really enjoyed the experience.
