The students were a credit to Roncalli College with their behaviour over the three days of the trip

Last week two Roncalli Year 12 Physical Education classes travelled to Christchurch to take part in a Year 12 PE camp, camping at Spencer Park for two nights. The purpose of the trip was to give students an opportunity to practice implementing risk management practices and to experience a range of group processes in a practical setting as part of their assessment tasks for Term 1.

While on the trip students took part in a range of practical activities including two mornings of Surfing, Paintball, a team version of the Amazing Race, and a high ropes course at Adrenaline Forest. This trip was very successful with the students experiencing a range of situations that gave them the opportunity to practice their risk management practices. The students were a credit to Roncalli College with their behaviour over the 3 days of the trip. A big thank you to Mr Hinton for running such a successful camp and to Miss Walsh for helping out.
