Congratulations Roncalli Student Sophie Best!

Year 9 student Sophie Best became a double national champion in the April school holidays with the Age Group Road Cycling Nationals being held here in Timaru on 14-16 April. 

On Friday 14 April Sophie won gold in the Under 15 girls time trial - winning by just over 1 minute. 

On Saturday 15th April she backed this up by winning the Under 15 girls road race by 1 minute 20 seconds. 

Congratulations Sophie! What an awesome achievement.
