The senior drama classes went to Craighead on 6th June to see Simple Truth Theatre Company's production of 'Verbatim' by Miranda Harcourt and William Brandt.

We loved the simplicity of the performance and the intensity of emotion that was created through a controlled use of meaningful techniques.

The Theatre Company was made up of young and emerging actors, directors and producers who has some fresh and innovative ideas.

Students in Level 3 Drama have been studying Verbatim/Documentary Theatre as a theatre form and are performing excerpts from this play for their upcoming assessment.

We will be using this play as a performance to write about for our externals too!
