Roncalli College sincerely appreciates the support of Caltex King Street and the New Zealand Sports Collective.

The New Zealand Sports Collective (NZSC) is an organisation focused on helping make sport more accessible to all New Zealanders. We know the importance that sport plays in young people’s lives, so we look to work with partners to reduce some of the barriers to participation.

As part of that quest, we’re extremely excited to partner with Caltex and their locally owned and operated service station network. Caltex are keen to support local schools, recognising the importance of locals helping locals and how this shapes our communities.

Through their local network, Caltex are looking to help more than 50 secondary schools across New Zealand by providing $1,000 of fuel sponsorship to each school to help students attend their training and school sports events.

Caltex King Street nominated Roncalli College as a recipient of one of these sponsorship opportunities.

This morning our Sports Coordinator, Emma Goddard and Student Sports Leader Oliver Redhead visited Rob Anderson from Caltex King Street to receive the vouchers prior to winter tournament week and say thank you!

Our Hockey, Football, Rugby, Netball and Basketball teams will all benefit from your generosity.
