Recently all senior school throughout the Canterbury and West Coast were given the opportunity to participate in a survey on smoking and vaping.

The Cancer Society has recently conducted a survey of the senior schools of the Canterbury and West Coast regions about smoking and vaping.  The results show that vaping is having a significant impact on schools and rangatahi.

Attached is the results as presented by the Cancer Society.  The majority of schools (86%) stated that vaping is having an impact on their school.  Roncalli is using all of the actions that are referenced in the report to various levels to address student vaping.
