Grace Scarsbrook, Nicholas Goodwin & Billy Cook are the South Canterbury Regional champions for The Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme with their jute and cotton bags

Patiti Point won the South Canterbury/West Coast YES regional finals, winning one of twenty spots at the National finals on December 4 in Wellington. 

Grace, Billy & Nic  will be pitching against other teams who won their regional finals, so this will be the best of the best from around NZ competing to win the Lion Foundation Young Enterprise Scheme Company of the Year. 

Patiti Point have all won a $1000 scholarship to Massey University for winning our regional final. 

The group also won a National Excellence award (one of thirteen available). To build up the suspense, the group does not know which one they have been awarded. This will be be recognised at the YES gala awards following the competition on December 4. 

The team receives a cash award of $1000 for winning this award which is the first time a Roncalli group has won one of these.
