From the Principal
Thank you
Dear Parents, Caregivers & Whānau
As we come to the end of a very busy term 1, I would like to thank all those who have supported the College: teachers, parents, whānau, coaches, managers, support staff and the many tradespeople we have had on site this term.
Having such a supportive community helps to create more opportunities for all our students.
I am very excited by the progress of our new food/material technology space. It is finally taking shape and is on track to open for the start of term 2. The kitchen area has been completely refurbished and extended, a large, functional storage room has been added, and a brand-new classroom has been built. This modernised space will provide a much better experience for students and will allow our staff to deliver a more comprehensive and flexible programme. I am particularly excited about the new barista training area and have volunteered my services to help sample coffees.
This term we have also really enjoyed using our new, modern, library space.
