Roncalli Fair - this Sunday 18 October 10.00am

We appreciate all the help we get from our school community and we are very fortunate to have so many parents and families that are willing to be involved and support this event – it is the major fundraiser for the year so we want it to be a huge success! It is not too late to offer your help, so please get involved and join in the fun of the day! We are in particular need of helpers to set up on Saturday 17 October and to help with stalls at the Fair.

Some important reminders for our community:

1. It is a tradition for all Year 9 and 10 students to provide sweets for the Fair and we hope to get a great response to this again. Sweets can be dropped off at the school office on Friday 16 October, or before 1pm at the Foods Room on Saturday 17 October. You do not have to package your sweets but please ensure they are in an airtight container for delivery.

2. The trolley for the Year 13 Grocery Raffle will be at the school office from Monday 12 October. Please have your non-perishable grocery items in there before Friday 16 October. Let’s ensure we have a great response this year with a variety of goods!

3. Goods for the white elephant stall and the Silent Auction can be dropped in the container located in the Gym carpark from Monday 12 October. 

4. Raffle tickets should have now been returned - sold or unsold. Please if you have any books still at home can you ensure these are returned to the office urgently.
