RYLA is an intensive peer-on-peer leadership development program targeted at emerging leaders. Youth aged 18-28 are selected for their leadership potential they attend a 7-day program held at the Capricorn Caves 1 – 7 February 2020. Participants are selected from around the District and are supported by local Rotary Clubs and businesses.

Please be advised that several changes have been made to the application process this year with the biggest change being the cost to club ($800) and participant ($100) along with a cancellation fee. All information can be found in the application form so please read thoroughly.

Applications close Friday, 20 December 2019. This is approximately 4 months away.

This is a brilliant program and several changes have been made to increase the impact for participants.

RYLA is suitable for anyone who meets the following criteria:

• Resides within District 9570 or District 9550
• Aged between 18-28
• Available from 1-7 February 2020 @ The Capricorn Caves
• Willing to undergo self-change.
