District wide Zoom Meeting was held at 06:00 PM on Anzac Day

It’s now time for your club to:
- Develop your club’s membership plan. See the attached file.
- Apply for Paul Harris Fellow Recognitions. I have attached the recognition form.
- Apply for district awards, to be awarded at District
Handover: Application to our district secretary Larry 1920secretary@rotary9570.org applications close Saturday 13/6/2020.
- Social Media Award, (Best use of social media by a club to promote and grow Rotary whilst remaining true to the 4-way test (cannot be won by the same club in successive years).
- Literacy Award (Best literacy project by a club)
- Best Community Service Project (Project must be completed in year Award is sought).
- Organise the club end of year donations, keeping in
mind our own Rotary Programs:
- The Rotary Foundation
- Australian Rotary Health (ARH)
- Rotary Oceania Medical Aid for Children (ROMAC)
- Apply for a District Grant from the 9570 District Foundation Designated District Funds. Closing date 30/4/20
- Ensure your next year club leaders and goals are entered into Rotary Club Central
