NIGERIA (and All of Africa) Now Certain To Be Certified Polio-Free!

Nigeria's Complete Documentation for a Polio free Country has been accepted by the African Regional Certification Committee (ARCC) of WHO. A hearty Congratulations to everyone who worked so hard to get us to this point. We now await the formal certification by WHO in late August!

Afghanistan has recently committed more than 65,000 volunteers such as these supervisors who are transporting polio vaccines to the remote districts and villages.
