Clubs acquiring new assets thanks to District Public Image Grant.

PDG Merewyn Wright, District Public Image Chair —

More and more clubs are taking advantage of the District's Public Image Grant.

The District Public Image Team is offering grants of up to $250 per club (Rotaract Clubs also eligible) to update public image assets in order to promote their club and Rotary in general.

Since last month, more clubs have joined the ranks of clubs that have successfully applied for a grant to pay for public image assets in full or part. Congratulations to the Rotary Clubs of Airlie Beach (retractable banner), Atherton (branded tablecloths), Bowen (logo stickers for Little Libraries), Mackay North (branding on food van), and Maryborough-Sunrise (tear-drop banner and tablecloth), with other applications in process.

Don't miss out - we would like to receive all applications by end April 2024, to allow processing and finalisation of payments before the end of the Rotary year.

The following items are among those eligible for funding:

  • Signage
  • Sandwich boards
  • Pull-up banners / tear drop banners.
  • Branding on marquees
  • Tablecloths
  • Artwork for club shirts
  • Costs associated with developing or upgrading club website.

Conditions of grant approval will include:

  • Current, correct branding to be used, using the Rotary's Brand Centre templates and guidelines.
  • Design must be approved by Public Image Chair
  • Only new items will be funded (i.e. clubs cannot seek reimbursement for items already made/purchased).
  • Provision of at least one quote.

If your club is interested in applying for a grant, please email District Public Image Chair Merewyn Wright: publicimage@rotary9560.org to express your interest and ask for an application form.
