A recent meeting of the Atherton Rotary Club at Billycart Brewing was the perfect opportunity for a vocational and social get together

With Atherton's Show Day cancelling the scheduled Rotary meeting, President Leigh Woltmann took the opportunity to combine a vocational and social event.

The recently opened craft brewery Billycart Brewing has locals hopping in to sample the freshly brewed light and dark ales.

Owner operators Matt Bradford and Margaret Barker said they were pleased with the response from the community and jumped at the chance to showcase their brewery for a Rotary meeting.  

"Given the great response our customers can now grab cans of six-packs of the locally crafted brewed that are brewed and canned in our community," Matt said.

Another great example of Rotary supporting local business and meeting their community at the coalface.
