The Rotary Foundation Committee are planning a promotional “Road Trip” to parts of the District, to inform and promote the work of the Foundation to clubs.

A small team of us will visit Groups 2, 4, 5, and 7 in the week commencing Monday 18 January.

We are proposing that the clubs in each group will have a joint meeting during that week, and I am calling on the AG’s in the respective groups to help organize the arrangements.

Each team member will speak on different aspects of TRF. The presentation will run for about 20 minutes, with a few minutes for questions and comments.

We would prefer there be on other club business or guest speaker on the night.

The itinery is as follows;

Monday, 18 January. Group 2; Athelstane House

Tuesday, 19 January. Group 7; The Grand Hotel.

Wednesday, 20 January. Group 5 Old Bundy Tavern? TBC.

Thursday, 21 January. Group 4.Venue TBC.
