How to submit articles for the District Governor’s monthly newsletter.

We love to hear positive stories from across the district. Any club with information to share can spread the word through District Governor Prath's monthly newsletter. This newsletter is only as good as its contributions.

But Hail, the program we use, requires articles in an office word document or similar, with attending photographs emailed separately in a high-resolution jpeg, png or tiff format. 

These can be sent to the District Newsletter Editor editor@rotary9560.org.

Please do not send pdf documents or text that includes your images, as Hail does not cope with them, and they cannot be published in our system.

Photographs in landscape or square orientation are preferred (rather than "portrait") as they display better in email and social media thumbnails. 

Articles can be sent at any time. Submissions for the May 2024 issue are required by 6 May 2024.
