Please find attached some photographs and information about the Rotary Club of Mossman's latest activity : Cooya Beach Clean Up

As part of the Great Northern Clean Up, the Rotary Club of Mossman arranged a clean up at Cooya Beach on Sunday 19th September. Five Rotarians were joined by eleven Douglas Shire locals to clean up the beach and foreshore at Cooya. 16 bags of assorted rubbish were collected from what seemed like a pristine environment. There were also several larger items that could not be bagged, including 2 bicycle wheels, a camping chair with a torn seat, a bike seat and a broken plastic bollard. The day finished with a traditional Rotary Sausage Sizzle to thank our helpers.
