Seeking information for the In Memoriam segment at District Conference '24

Dear Rotary members,

As you may know, during District Conferences, we take a moment to remember and honour our fellow Rotarians who have passed away since the previous conference. Due to the challenges posed for us to receive information on all who have passed on, I kindly request your assistance in identifying any Rotarian who has passed away since our last Conference in May 2023 onwards.

To properly honour their memory, we would appreciate the following information, if available:

• Photograph of the Rotarian (if possible)
• Rotarian's name
• Name of club
• Years as a Rotarian
• Positions held within Rotary (e.g., president, secretary, district governor, etc.)
• Any Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) recognition or awards they received, if applicable.

If there are any additional relevant details or considerations that I may have overlooked in this request, please do not hesitate to inform me, and I will seek clarification from others.

It is essential that we identify and acknowledge those Rotarians who have passed away during the last Rotary year. This recognition will be a heartfelt tribute during the conference in Darwin, 3 - 5 May 2024.
