Meet the 2022-2023 District Public Image Team, and learn how the team can support clubs and Rotarians in our district to promote Rotary.

Greetings to all District Rotarians and other readers of this newsletter.

As District Public Image Chair, I plan to contribute regular articles to our monthly district newsletters that will assist Rotarians in clubs and district roles to promote Rotary and tell their Rotary stories in this year of "Imagine Rotary".

This month, I would like to outline the various roles and responsibilities of the Public Image portfolio, and provide a quick introduction to our team members.

The role of our Public Image Team is:

• To coordinate the promotion of Rotary in general, and within District 9560, to the public to foster understanding, appreciation, and support for our programs.
• To facilitate and support district teams and clubs to make public image a priority.
• To facilitate intra-District communication.

We do this through the following functions:

1. Public Image: Telling our Rotary Stories
2. Branding
3. Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
4. District Website
5. District Newsletter
6. Systems Administration (email/communication system)
7. District Directory
