Open up the world of STEM for Year 9 and 10 students in your part of our great District.

As the Science Experience District Officer, I hope to encourage clubs to fund students to participate in this worthwhile program. Check when and where programs are available in your area — I can support the selection process and pass successful candidates' application forms on to ConocoPhillips. In this video we hear from year 9 and 10 students who participated in the program at the University of Western Australia to learn about STEM and the many, varied career opportunities in the field.

To facilitate the project in the district I am seeking to appoint Group coordinators and subcommittees with a view to conduct quarterly meetings. Interested Rotarians can contact me at scienceexperience@rotary9560.org.
