Attention: Presidents, Presidents-Elect, Secretaries, Secretaries-Elect

A while ago an incoming president queried what the different clubs' handover dates would be, as Presidents-Elect and members of clubs in this region are invited to attend other club's Handover Dinners. 

During the conversation it was suggested that a kind-of 'Handover Date Calendar' be set up so we can be aware, in good time - which club's Handover is on what date.

Invariably there will be clubs who will have handovers on the same date, this is unavoidable. Attached is the start of this Calendar - with a couple of entries.

Please remember to also inform the District Secretary of your club's Handover date, so this can be recorded in the District Calendar. Send mail to 2021secretary@rotary9570.org
