There is a lot of email that goes around District 9570. The thing is, who should this get to and who really needs to know.

District Secretary Rod Kamholtz provides us with some good advice about sending bulk emails – think before you press the “send” button.

For example:

An email to 2021 clubs goes to ALL 45 Rotary clubs plus Rotaract clubs, when perhaps it might only be meant for your Group or specific recipients.
