A lot has been happening behind the scenes since my last article (Feb 2024 in this Newsletter) and our line up of speakers is getting better and better every month. You can check these out on our Zone 8 Conference page, as well as where to register for this amazing event.

So please join us for the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific Island Zone 8 Conference in Queenstown, New Zealand – 1st to 3rd November 2024.

We are working hard as a dedicated committee, to bring you an inspiring, thought provoking, entertaining and different type of conference. Instead of breakout sessions, you will have an option of “Doing” something good for our local communities. The options are as follows:

Then to celebrate our good work, our Saturday night Gala dinner is one not to miss. The theme for this spectacular evening is, “Wish upon a Star”, so start thinking of what to wear, as will be a great way to end a very busy Saturday.

Sunday starts at 9:30am, giving those dancing Queens and party goers a small sleep in, and we will finish at 1pm allowing everyone the chance to head home, if not staying longer to enjoy the Southern hospitality.

So start planning now, especially your accommodation, as unfortunately Rydges/QT are already sold out, with Queenstown being one of our most popular tourist destinations. There are however many great accommodation sites offering 100% refund, like Booking.com, so I would check these out. Also some great BnB’s, so something for everyone.

For the Aussies looking at coming across, we have an amazing Air NZ deal that my Conference Sponsorship Chair has put together. You just have to wait until the 1st May to book using this deal and a few Terms and Conditions as you can imagine.
