Article by Barbara Mifsud, Regional Membership Officer

Here is a list of updated and new resources from Rotary International:

  • MEMBERSHIP RESOURCE GUIDE

This guide, with a new format, divides membership resources and tools into categories based on your needs and is updated and shared on a quarterly basis.

ENGLISH and FRENCH

Print these cards and keep them in your wallet to share with people you meet who want to learn more about Rotary.

Take this easy-to-print flyer to events in your community and distribute to members of the community so they can learn more about Rotary and benefits of getting involved with our programs and activities.

Design your own club brochure using this updated template on the redesigned Brand Centre. Choose images and wording to best represent your club.

Unsure of where to start when hosting a prospective member event? Use this guide to plan for a successful event. It provides guidance about venue, time, invitations, communications plan and delegation of responsibilities. Available in EN, languages to come.

This course in the Learning Centre has recently been updated. Take this course to help draw prospective members, update your club's experience and better highlight what it does well.

  • PROSPECTIVE MEMBER OUTREACH TEMPLATES

Use these templates whenever you receive an enquiry from someone interested in Rotary, whether that be via the Membership Leads platform or local avenues. The templates help you communicate with your prospective member via email, phone or text message – so that they can quickly and easily get connected. Available in EN, languages to come.

CLUB or DISTRICT templates

This is the first of three webinars in the ‘From Insight to Action’ series hosted by Rotary International’s Membership Development department. During the webinar, we discussed the five features of successful—and growing—clubs, introduced the importance of data-driven decisions and looked at how to celebrate the things that make each club unique, including its culture and opportunities for growth.

  • WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER, TO GROW YOUR CLUB WEBINAR – THURSDAY 29 SEPTEMBER

This is the second webinar in the ‘From Insight to Action’ series from Rotary International’s Membership Development department. This session will help club and district leaders understand their data, including historical attraction and retention rates and prioritise their goals in order to maximise their impact. All registrants will receive a copy of the recording direct to their inbox.
