MEMBERSHIP RESOURCE OF THE MONTH

Barbara Mifsud, Regional Membership Officer, RI staff —

A series of ‘microlearnings’ about the membership experience has been released to coincide with Membership and New Club Development month.

August is Membership and New Club Development month. It’s a time for us to celebrate our greatest asset, our members! When our membership is strong our clubs thrive, we are more visible to the general public, and we have more resources to help our communities flourish.

We also know that membership growth is that sweet spot between attracting new members, engaging the members we have and developing new pathways into the organisation through new clubs, particularly new style clubs.

What better way to learn more about how to create a meaningful membership experience than through a new series of ‘microlearnings’.

Rotary International microlearnings are short, three-minute interactive sessions that you don’t need a My Rotary log in to access.

Did You Know?

This month, Rotary International is featuring 5 microlearnings to get you thinking about how to provide positive member experiences, create welcoming environments to encourage a sense of belonging, and build clubs to suit modern lifestyles.

Within each microlearning there are links to more in-depth courses on the Learning Centre in case you want to learn more.

Why not check them out and share them with other club members?
