Find out when official figures will be released and other ‘need to know’ information.

As we begin the new Rotary year, I wanted to provide a reminder about membership numbers:

• Members added with an effective date on or before 30 June will count towards the 2021-22 Rotary year
• Members added with an effective date on or after 1 July will count toward the 2022-23 Rotary year
• Members terminated with an effective date on or before 1 July will count towards the 2021-22 Rotary year

Official 1 July membership figures will not be ready until mid-August.

You are still able to run a number of reports in My Rotary and Rotary Club Central but as you do, please keep in mind that membership numbers are subject to change. Reports which rely on 1 July figures will not populate properly until the figures are released.

Staff are working diligently to process end-of-year membership changes like new club charters, member terminations and new member additions that are submitted in a variety of forms (online, email, fax and post).

Please note because of the way we calculate official membership figures these may differ slightly from numbers on the RI July invoice.
