Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Webinar: Planning for an Inclusive Future

Over the last year, Rotary has facilitated a series of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion webinars, which we hope has given you the tools you need to understand and implement DEI within your clubs and district.

In our final webinar of the DEI series on 30 July, it’s time to consider the culture you want to create. While you may have members, who find the changes you’re making difficult, it’s important to remember the values those changes are based on, and commit to making inclusivity a core part of your club culture.

During this webinar, members of the Rotary DEI Task Force will discuss the current state of DEI in Rotary, as well as share several recent board decisions that reinforce our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
