Currently Zone 8 is showing a net gain of +401 members since 1 July which is an excellent achievement. However, we are down 1,289 on this time last year. We know that in the yearly cycle, membership dips around December and June in preparation for invoices. It’s a time when members assess whether or not they are engaged and if they are getting value from their membership. Now may be an opportune time to discuss with members what they would like to get out of their Rotary experience and how to re-engage.

Some highlights from our Zone include:

• Highest % net growth: D9620 (4.06%)
• Highest % of female members: D9640 (37.71%)
• Highest % of members under 40: D9640 (9.73%)
• Highest % of clubs with membership goals: D9910 (100%)
