This year we’re building a framework to make it easier for you to utilise the evidence-based successful practice stories on Membership Voice.

We are very fortunate in Rotary Zone 8 that our resident Rotary International Board director Dr Jessie Harman is not only a very experienced Rotary leader, but also an authority on volunteering.

Jessie is a former university pro vice chancellor whose PhD is in social entrepreneurship, with a focus on volunteer management and marketing.

Jessie very kindly delivered this excellent presentation on club building to launch our 2022 Membership Voice program, setting out an excellent framework for Rotary and Rotaract clubs intending to thrive in the coming Rotary year.

The challenge now is for club leaders to build on the framework to optimise outcomes for their members and the communities they serve.
