After School Front Gate Exit Procedure
This term we have introduced a new exit procedure for the front gate our our school, on Pukuatua Street.
When exiting school and crossing Pukuatua Street, please cross between the teachers wearing Hi-Vis vest.
Cross safely and check both ways.
Parents can park in the quad but must exit through the back of school.
Front Staff car park will be locked from 2.45pm to 3.10pm
90% plus “Student Attendance” School wide target
As a school we are striving to improve students' attendance, in particular - regular attendance. This is defined by the Ministry of Education as attending more than 90%, which is an average of 9 days a fortnight. To date our school is sitting at 59% of students who are attending 90% plus of the time.
Therefore as a Kura and with whānau support we want to improve the regular attendance of our young men.
