Year 11 Cohort

Awhimate Nikora —

C. Bekar, Dean of Year 11

It has been a very busy start of the year for our Year 11 students. I would like to take this opportunity to commend our young men of Raukura for navigating these busy times along with the beginning of their NCEA journey. Furthermore, thank you to all for your attendance at Academic Review Day 1. The conversations held on this day are highly valuable and set the tone for the year ahead.

Cohort Average attendance:  86%

Reflecting back over this term, we are not quite hitting the goal of 90%+. Whāia te iti Kahurangi - We can still achieve this. Please strive to encourage your son to attend school regularly as every day counts, especially at NCEA Level One. The workload is only going to get more demanding and I continue to promote our students to follow our school motto; “Ad Astra Per Aspera”. I look forward to continuing working alongside your son while he achieves the goals he has set for himself for the 2025 school year.

Common Assessment Activity Examinations
