Hockey Academy

The 2025 season is shaping up to be a big year for the RBHS Hockey Academy, with players eager to develop their skills and take on new challenges.

We are proud to have our largest Senior Hockey Academy group to date, with 22 students committed to pushing themselves and each other to higher levels. Additionally, we look forward to welcoming our new Year 9 Hockey Academy boys into the program, ensuring a strong foundation for the future of Raukura hockey.

This season, we are fortunate to have Old Boy Mr. Granger Church and Miss Stephanie Adlam joining our coaching staff. Their knowledge and experience will bring fresh perspectives to the program and provide invaluable guidance for our players. With trials beginning in Week 5, teams are now taking shape, and training will commence shortly as we prepare for a competitive season ahead.

Our focus remains on refining core skills, strengthening teamwork, and fostering a resilient mindset. With a talented group of athletes and dedicated coaches, there’s plenty to look forward to as we work towards another successful year on the turf.
