The year has started with many summer sports well into their seasons and moving towards preparation for the National Summer Tournaments held around the motu between 24-28 March.
Cricket kicked off our Super 8 Schools calendar with impressive individual and team performances to finish 5th and now vying for a place in the Premier Gillette Cup Competition.
Golf had an impressive win at their recent Super 8 Tournament, winning by 5 shots.
Congratulations to Kopa Manahi, Rhys Elliot, Finley Gibson, and George Hiini for representing our kura well at the Super 8 Tennis Tournament, a sport we have not had representation for a number of years.
Charis Pāpuni was selected for the Super 8 Volleyball Tournament after impressive individual performance.

House Competitions
The annual Raukura Tabloids opened the 2025 House Competition and was another display of how well staff and students work collectively to bring this event to life. Rotorua House were crowned Tabloids champions for 2025! We now look forward to the House Haka Competition to end the term on April 9.
