Sarah Davis —

Kia Ora Rautāwhiri whānau

Thank you for the hard work that happened off-site and on-line this week. We are aware that being out of the normal learning routine can be difficult. We will be doing everything we can to  maximize the most of being back onsite in the last four weeks of this term.

For those of you who are still not able to be back at school, please work with your year level Dean, they will liaise with you and your teachers until you can get back onsite.

We have learnt much from the last two years of how important it is to regain a stable timetable of learning.  We know the faster you are able to be back into the school the better. Please let us know if this will be difficult for you.

It has been great to see the wider life of the school carrying on with sports practices and other activities. We have missed some key whole school events such as Athletic Sports and Swimming Sports and I hope that what we have planned for the rest of the year can carry on as we have planned.

As the seasons are beginning to change, I hope that the freshness of the mornings and the heat of the days can bring some normality back into a fragmented and disrupted term one. We intend to have some events to bring the school together to celebrate what we have achieved at the end of the term.

In the meantime please stay safe and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you and your whānau.

Ngā mihi nui
