On Friday 10 February our rugby students had the opportunity to participate in the State of Mind programme with ex Kiwi and Kiwi Ferns Rugby League stars Clinton Toopi and Charlotte Scanlan.

The State of Mind programme is designed to inspire players of rugby or rugby leagues to be the best they can be as players and as people. 

 It teaches them strategies for coping when things aren’t going well to develop resilience. 

 We had a group of about 20 students from different year levels participate in the sessions alongside Charlotte who played in the Rugby League world cup in 2022.
