Our team are 1 game away from completing their season. Our penultimate game was against Forest View High School, and it was the second time we played this season.

The team took control from the opening whistle and never gave a chance to their opposition, finishing with a blistering win of 11 – 0. It is a very promising sign that with 10 junior players and only 4 seniors we still managed to dominate the game. Thanks to the coaches and the spectators who came all the way to Tokoroa to support us.

Our last game will be the final chance to see who comes out on top between us and Tauhara College, following a nail-bitingly close 2 – 2 draw earlier this season. 

End of season news

Our team has completed their season earlier this term and finished with acommendable 4th position in their league. Although our long season had a somewhatabrupt ending with the opposition forfeiting our last game, this does not take awayfrom the solid achievement of the team. 

We had seen many players improve their game and pick up new skills which could be invaluable next season. The best news among all is that nearly the whole team signalled their commitment for the next year.

Recently the team had an end of season break-up dinner to celebrate our seasonwhile sharing a nice meal with a few parents, the coaches and managers.

Congratulations again to the whole team for a great season of football, we lookforward to next year.
