Our Year 11 students have been working on Algebra skills and methods during the second half of this term.

 As part of our Mathematics Pilot Programme, we are preparing our Y11 students for our second (and final) internal assignment, that will take place in Term Three. This large topic includes a range of areas that cover Algebra, Measurement, Geometry and Number. Despite the challenges, many of our students, that attend school, keep making an effort and practice their Algebra skills. 

It is always great to see breakthroughs, when students experience ‘lightbulb moments’ and problem-solving methods become clear. They are living proof that practice makes perfect. See pictures below.
