Students continue to excel in design, creativity and practical skills in classroom D3.

You would be forgiven for thinking Fashion is all about sewing and making the latest fashion wear. In reality Materials Technology gives all students the opportunity to work through the product design process. Students can choose to design what they want to work on, how they will work and with a little guidance work independently on their projects. In year 9, students are also being taught how to use cellphones for real learning opportunities to enhance their work. It is inspiring to see them access the information, videos and pictures that they need for their individual learning.

Year 10 students have had the opportunity to work on cultural inspired outfits.  Their work will be on display in the school library during the first two weeks of term 3.
