Despite some interruptions from Covid Level 2, our term has managed to track some degree of normality with assessment week, weekly sports and even the school production. Thank you for the flexibility shown under some quite different circumstances.

Reminder for all students to be in their whanau class at 8.40 am each morning. The first bell rings at 8.35 am. Please ensure you drop your daughter off before 8.40 am each morning, as it is important that students attend whanau for the marking of their attendance and to receive daily notices, discuss their attendance, academic progress etc.

Tēnā kōutou katoa, Keeping our young women at the heart of all that we do and helping them achieve the goals they set at the beginning of the year remains our key focus.

Even within the restrictions placed on us this year, creativity will still find a way. As they say, “The show must go on,” and for our students in all areas of the Creative Arts they have managed to do just that, brilliantly.

Like all codes, Rugby was greatly affected by Covid.

Term 3 has been full on for our Year 10 cohort. For some transitioning back into the classroom after Covid 19 lockdown has not been an easy feat.

In preparation for Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori, we decided to hold more interactive & practical activities to encourage engagement. This included running an inter faculty competition for Te Reo Māori to flow inside & outside of our classrooms.
