Woolworths Message

Woolworth's aim for 2024 is to support schools and the community in keeping students safe. To do this, they are therefore introducing a no truant zone during school hours.

Students will not be permitted inside the store during schooling hours unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

They are also asking that students be respectful to the other customers and to the retail workers when they are in the store before and after school.

Woolworths would like them to do this by:

  • not crowding the entry or pathways and making it difficult for customers to enter the store
  • not riding scooters in the store
  • using the rubbish bins provided
  • not standing in the disabled carparks
  • taking care while riding their bikes and skateboards in the carpark and looking out for other vehicles.

They would also like to remind parents not to use the Online pick up area or store entry point to pick their kids up from as it is causing congestion and safety risks for shoppers.
