Puna Wānanga

Another exciting year of Puna Wānanga has started where students are mentored to walk strong in the world by building and bettering our community.

This year we have a range of options students have selected from to utilise the design thinking process and develop the essential skills of critical, caring and creative thinking, as well as project management, communication and collaboration.

One of our Puna Wānanga, INTERNSHIP, had the wonderful opportunity to hear from Jami Dickson and her team. Jami is a Vocational Broker at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, who, alongside her colleagues, took our students through an employability workshop. Next week her team returns to present a similar workshop to those students in our ADULTING Puna Wānanga.
