Here is a virtual sample of some amazing soft-centred chocolates designed and made by our Food Autopsy class at Level 2.

The focus of the learning was how to temper chocolate and make gourmet chocolates. As part of their project they needed to make gourmet chocolates for an end user (SkyCity Hamilton). They made 'Thank You Chocolates' to be given to the cleaning staff for 'National Cleaners Day'.
