Year 7 & 8 Immunisation Programme

This week students will be watching a short information video in Advisory time, and will be given their immunisation consent forms to bring home. 

Please note that there are online translated versions for languages other than English here (add in link) BOOSTRIX (Year 7) and HPV (YEAR 8)

All forms need to be returned please (to Student Services), even if you choose not to have your child immunised.
