Thank you to all the staff and parents as well as Makahika Outdoor Pursuit Centre for making the winter camps such a success.

We have been so fortunate this term to have been able to complete all the camps that were cancelled earlier in the year. The weather has been amazingly good with only the second camp this week having any rain to speak of. Makahika camp has been so organised and the instructors were excellent.

The students have come back from camp tired but also very positive about their experience with the zipline having been the most popular experience (adults and children!). The social and team building experience has been excellent and not having access to wifi for a few days has added to this. In nature, lots of physical and fun activities and no media (social and otherwise) has also been good for wellbeing.
