The Khandallah Arts Theatre used some of Rāroa grounds and classrooms to hold a dress rehearsal practice of their latest production - Robyn Hood and Her Merry Gals.

It’s set in Sherwood Forest, there’s a dual on a bridge, there’s an archery contest, and the sheriff’s the villain – and that’s about as close as it gets to the traditional Robin Hood story!

Robyn Hood and her Merry Gals was our 23rd annual production of a play for families in Khandallah Park. It’s a sassy musical with a plot that will intrigue the over-5s, and plenty of action, kids’ humour and audience participation to entertain the under-5s.
