Rain, Snow and Sunshine - Word from the Tumuaki/Principal

The Rāroan —

Kia ora e te Whānau,

What an interesting week, one moment it is snowing then the next blue skies with the sun out. One thing is consistent however, Rāroa students continue to shine in and outside of classrooms. We are thrilled to help celebrate a range of successes from the multiple opportunities on offer for our students.

Today, our AIMS Games team returns. They have made us massively proud. All those involved need to be congratulated on their efforts, accolades and on the extremely positive way in which they have conducted themselves as representatives of Rāroa.

A huge thank you to all the coaches and parents who have supported this year's event and to Jordan Price, Chris Bailey, Leah McKenzie and James Mansfield for all the mahi they have put into the organisation before and during the week.

Finally, I would like to say a huge thank you to all our tamariki at school who are continuing to make me immensely proud. Everyday, I am greeted into classrooms and the playground with warmth and positive conversation.

Ngā mihi nui
