Final Rāroan - Word from the Tumuaki/Principal

The Rāroan —

Kia ora tātou, ngā mihi nui ki a koutou katoa,

We are now down to the last 2 weeks of school and looking forward to celebrating a successful year.

Our last day of school this year is Friday 16th December. Please be aware that school closes at 12pm noon on this final day.

As we prepare for the end of the year, teachers are busy ensuring students are happy and feeling good about their successes by reflecting on their achievements. Teachers are putting the final touches into the student reports which will go live on Hero on Tuesday 13th December.

As this is the last Rāroan, I wish to thank all the parents for your support and encouragement of your children throughout the year. For guiding them through the challenges and supporting us to enable them to Aspire to achieve.

Intermediate is an adventure filled with special moments, laughter and joy, success and growth. At an Intermediate level the relationships and memories students make will last a lifetime. For those families who have finished their time at Rāroa, we will miss the strong connections with you and your child. We wish every student the very best for the future.

Ngā mihi nui whānau

Stephen Eames

Principal - Rāroa Normal Intermediate.
